Jennifer Egan is a leading contemporary American writer. She won a Pulitzer Prize in 2011, often publishes articles in The New York Times, and is the author of “A Visit from the Goon Squad,” “Manhattan Beach,” and “The Invisible Circus,” which was made into a movie starring Cameron Diaz. Egan will talk with journalist Chen Lieberman about her work, and about her latest book, “The Candy House” (the sequel to “A Visit from the Goon Squad”), a bestseller, which was selected by The New York Times as one of the ten best books of 2022, and was featured on Barack Obama’s recommended reading list.
