Rock Girl: Alma Zohar in Conversation and an Intimate Performance with Iris Eliya-Cohen
Tuesday 20.5
19:00-20:00
Auditorium
Alma Zohar, one of the most prominent and beloved artists in Israeli music, is coming to the International Writers Festival for a personal conversation about her new poetry book Rock (published by Catharsis).
In this collection, written over several years, Zohar draws delicate yet direct lines between life, words, and sound.
In a conversation with poet and author Iris Eliya-Cohen, she will speak about her writing process, the transition from lyrics to written poetry, and the role poetry plays in her world.
This evening is a special opportunity to get to know the written voice of a creator whose musical voice we all know and love.
