Among Israel’s most cherished chefs, Israel Aharoni is considered a pioneer in shaping the country’s culinary landscape. A restaurateur and author of a longstanding food column in Yedioth Ahronoth’s weekend magazine, Aharoni has penned twenty-five cookbooks and created television series such as “The Food Route” and “Aharoni and Gidi’s Wonderful Journey.” He also serves as a judge on “Master Chef Israel.” His book “Aharoni: Food Stops Along My Life” is a treasure trove of industry secrets, culinary passion, and never-before-revealed anecdotes both funny and heartfelt – in Aharoni’s own words, it is a “culinary autobiography.”
