A Tour with Yiftach Ashkenazi

The author Yiftach Ashkenazi in a first tour based on his successful book Gehenna. The book opens with the murder of an author who is taking part in a writers' festival in Jerusalem, and the tour will feature the murder scenes described in the novel—the pubs of Nahalat Shiva, the Tmol Shilshom café, and Paris Square. Ashkenazi will ask how it is possible to write a book of fiction about a tense reality and talk about the books that have inspired him, including S.Y. Agnon’s Only Yesterday and Someone to Run With by David Grossman.
